I offer several programs to fit most budgets and health issues. I do not do one-off sessions because making changes to diet and lifestyle habits requires consistent, long-term focused attention. I know from personal experience that healing may take months after the initial changes are made and without the continued support and accountability, many people would give up and go back to their old way of life. My programs are designed to get you past that tough period and to ensure you have the knowledge, tools and habits to fly on your own.
