A nutrition consultant wears many hats. I provide my clients education, coaching, support, accountability and specific nutritional programs to address your health and wellness concerns. I listen to your issues and concerns and together we create and implement the changes that will bring you the energy, vitality and wellness you deserve.

Although anybody can Google nutritional and diet information, I provide research-based nutritional recommendations customized for your unique health situation, saving you the time, energy and frustration often required to wade through all the conflicting information found online, in books and from well-meaning friends and family.
My annoying, nebulous response to that question is, “It depends on you!” This means we will spend a lot of time prioritizing your health and wellness issues and your desired outcomes. We’ll then work together to come up with an action plan to get you back to optimum health. I provide you with the necessary nutritional recommendations, tools and, most importantly, the accountability to help you change your habits and create the healthy lifestyle you deserve.
First let me say that no health coach can promise you any results because at the end of the day, YOU are in charge of making the necessary changes to improve your health. That being said, if you are committed to making real changes, nutrition and lifestyle practices can have powerful healing effects on the body and many people have experienced wonderful results. These include amazing energy, clear and beautiful skin, balanced moods, reduced anxiety and depression, increased metabolism, weight loss, balanced blood sugar, regular bowel movements, easier periods…. I could go on and on! The often unexpected result is that your improved health leads to better relationships, improved focus and performance at work and a richer, happier life!
Anyone who hopes to find a “magic supplement” to solve all their problems or those who are not willing to make long-term changes to their diet and lifestyle will not benefit from nutrition consulting. I know from my own experience that nutritional changes can dramatically improve your health; however, the changes take months, not days, and often require the client to face a myriad of obstacles (often of our own creating) that can make change a challenge.
I offer several programs to fit most budgets and health issues. I do not do one-off sessions because making changes to diet and lifestyle habits requires consistent, long-term focused attention. I know from personal experience that healing may take months after the initial changes are made and without the continued support and accountability, many people would give up and go back to their old way of life. My programs are designed to get you past that tough period and to ensure you have the knowledge, tools and habits to fly on your own.
